TUAN HAJI KAMARI

Tuan Kamari Zaman Juhari served with distinction at Bank Negara Malaysia for over four decades, where he last held the position of Director. Throughout his tenure, he assumed various senior leadership roles across departments such as Bank Regulation, Investment Operations, and the Labuan Offshore Unit.

His career reflects deep expertise in development finance, SME access to financing, financial inclusion, and institutional governance, where he was instrumental in formulating strategic policies to strengthen Development Financial Institutions (DFIs) and pro te Malaysia’s sustainable financial ecosystem.

With this extensive regulatory and supervisory background, Tuan Kamari now provides valuable advisory on Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing (AMLA) matters, as well as strict banking and regulatory compliance frameworks, ensuring institutions operate with integrity, transparency, and adherence to both domestic and cross-border financial standards.

Beyond his national contributions, he has represented Malaysia at major international platforms such as the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI), OECD, and World Savings Banks Institute (WSBI). He holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia, and professional diplomas in Systems Analysis and Forestry.

MR. GILBERT LOKE

Mr. Gilbert is a seasoned financial professional and the Director of Greenpro Trust Limited, a licensed trust company in Hong Kong. He is also the Founder of Falcon Certified Public Accountants Ltd., Co-Founder of Greenpro Capital Corp., and Director of the Association of Chartered Wealth Managers (ACWM). With over four decades of experience in accounting, corporate finance, and trust management. Gilbert has established himself as a respected leader in the financial services industry. He trained with UHY Chartered Accountants in London from 1981 to 1988 and has been a practicing accountant in Hong Kong since 2000, holding an FCPA (Practising) license issued by the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council of Hong Kong.

A visionary entrepreneur, Gilbert co-founded Greenpro Capital Corp., which successfully listed on NASDAQ (Ticker: GRNQ) in 2018. He has demonstrated exceptional capability in business planning, wealth and fund management, asset protection, taxation, and IPO advisory, having overseen more than 40 successful public listings across multiple jurisdictions.

Gilbert holds an MBA from Bulacan State University, Philippines, and continues to play a pivotal role in advancing cross-border financial solutions and global wealth management practices through his leadership and professional engagements.

Dr. CK Lee is a seasoned financial strategist and the Chief Executive Officer of GreenPro Capital Group, a multinational financial conglomerate listed on NASDAQ (Ticker: GRNQ) since 2018. He holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Technology, underscoring his forward-thinking leadership in digital finance and fintech innovation.

Dr. Lee is also a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), as well as a Chartered Wealth Manager (ChWM) accredited by the Association of Chartered Wealth Managers (ACWM), Hong Kong. With over three decades of experience in accounting, taxation, corporate structuring, and wealth management, he provides strategic advisory services to clients across Asia and beyond, offering innovative cross-border financial solutions tailored for global expansion and sustainable wealth creation.

As the Founder of the Cross-Border Business Association (CBBA), a non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing professional collaboration and knowledge sharing in international business, Dr. Lee has played a pivotal role in fostering global financial connectivity.

Beginning his career as a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and China from 1995 to 2013, he later took the helm of GreenPro Capital Group, where he continues to lead the company’s strategic direction, digital transformation, and international growth. His leadership reflects a steadfast commitment to sustainable development, cross-border business innovation, and the integration of blockchain technology within modern finance.

DAVID CHEONG

Mr. David Cheong is a former Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and an Accredited Mediator with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre (MIMC). He also holds professional credentials as a Registered Financial Planner (RFP) with the Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC) and a Chartered Wealth Manager (ChWM) accredited by the Association of Chartered Wealth Managers (ACWM), Hong Kong.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning law, finance, and wealth management, Mr. Cheong brings a unique dual expertise in both legal governance and financial strategy. Throughout his career, Mr. Cheong has advised high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients on complex matters involving trust formation, succession planning, and cross-border wealth preservation. His experience extends to structuring compliant trust vehicles, advising on AMLA and banking compliance frameworks, and aligning legal instruments with financial objectives to ensure both regulatory soundness and wealth sustainability.

Beyond his advisory role, he is a regular speaker and trainer on estate planning and trust law, recognized for translating intricate legal and financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies. Renowned for his analytical precision, strategic foresight, and client-centered approach, Mr. Cheong is committed to advancing holistic and compliant estate solutions that uphold integrity, optimize value, and secure lasting legacies across generations.

Mr. Shawn Tai holds a B.Eng (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering from Taylor’s University and a Master’s in Sustainable Development Management from Sunway University’s Jeffrey Sachs Centre, where he developed a strong understanding of the intersection between sustainability, economics, and corporate strategy.

He is also a Chartered Wealth Manager (ChWM) accredited by the Association of Chartered Wealth Managers (ACWM), Hong Kong, reflecting his professional competence in wealth and asset management. With a passion for sustainable finance, Shawn served as Vice President of the New Finance Community at GreenPro Capital Corp., where he played a pivotal role in promoting sustainable investment frameworks and integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into wealth management models.

As a former Trust Advisor at GreenPro Trust Limited (Hong Kong), he advised high-net-worth and cross-border clients on trust structuring and succession planning, emphasizing responsible wealth stewardship aligned with sustainable development goals.

EMILY WEE

Ms. Emily Wee is a Chartered Accountant (C.A.(M)) accredited by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Chartered Wealth Manager (ChWM) accredited by the Association of Chartered Wealth Managers (ACWM), Hong Kong. She offers extensive experience in audit, financial reporting, and cross-border advisory.

A First-Class Honours holder in Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Malaya (UM), Ms. Emily began her career with CIMB Bank Berhad, where she honed her financial acumen in credit assessment, risk evaluation, and compliance.

Ms. Emily later gained extensive international experience with Ernst & Young New Zealand and Baker Tilly New Zealand, leading complex audit engagements across diverse industries. In 2022, she founded Allied Business PLT, a management services firm providing specialised remote audit management and advisory support to international clients.

In her capacity as Chief Financial Officer of Greenpro Malaysia Trustee Berhad, Ms. Emily oversees the company’s financial governance, operational oversight, and compliance initiatives. With a strong foundation in international audit and advisory, she is committed to driving sustainable growth, financial integrity, and fiduciary excellence within the organisation.
