Under this MOU, AWA is appointed as a exclusive marketing partner to introduce suitable clients to GMTB’s trustee services, while GMTB remains fully responsible for all trust establishment, administration, and fiduciary duties in accordance with the Trustee Act 1949 and the Trust Companies Act 1949. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment by both parties to promote responsible wealth planning, asset protection, and legacy continuity through properly structured trust solutions. By combining AWA’s client advisory capabilities with GMTB’s licensed trusteeship and governance framework, the partnership aims to enhance awareness and understanding of trust structures among individuals, families, and businesses.
